Inspection Policy

We always aim to provide the best delivery service for all your orders.

After you successfully place an order at website, we will send an email to notify you, including the details of the successfully placed order.

We support nationwide delivery with Co-Check before payment policy:

  • Before receiving goods and paying, you are entitled to inspect the product. No testing is supported.
  • Please open the package to check to ensure that the order is delivered in the correct model and quantity as the order placed. Do not try or try the product.
  • After agreeing with the delivered item, you pay with the delivery staff (in case the order is shipped COD) and receive the goods.
  • In case you are not satisfied with the product, you can refuse to receive the goods. Here, we will collect additional refund costs, equivalent to the shipping fee of the order you have placed.


  • When you check your order, the courier is forced to wait for you to check the goods inside the package. In case the staff refuses to allow you to inspect the goods, please contact us via hotline: 0989 769 959 for support.
  • We will not be responsible for the quantity, model as well as defects of the product, after the order has been successfully delivered.
Please avoid using sharp objects to open the package to avoid damaging the product inside. For cases where the product is damaged due to the fault of the Customer, we unfortunately cannot support you to exchange/return/warranty the product.
